How to drop troops in Wardogs without killing them
Transport flying is the fastest way to earn as a new pilot, and it all comes down to getting passengers out low, slow and somewhere they will live.

Where to drop
- In the hot zone. OnMapleWings says it pays double for everything done inside it, passenger drops included.
- Somewhere your passengers will survive. OneTaps notes that transport pay includes the time your passengers stay alive in the zone, so a drop into enemy fire earns less than one behind cover.
- Behind your own team. Cologne TM lands where the team has just cleared, next to structures, never in an open field.
- New pilots should start with drops at their own FOB rather than into enemies (Nova Gaming).
How low and slow
Nova Gaming's understanding is that passengers take no damage jumping from below about 5 m and die above about 10 m. Come to a full stop before settling to drop height, so nobody jumps from a moving aircraft. Rooftops are good drop points, but judge the height carefully: with no side references it is easy to misread (OnMapleWings).
The drill
Drop troops at three landing zones. At each one stop within 8 m of the marker, no higher than 5 m and under 1 m/s, and hold it for 3 s while they get out. You can land if you like, but a low hover gets you out faster.
